Paratu HL — the Dirtlab carbon Horst Link eMTB frame kit (the E-Menace platform) with the light Maxon BikeDrive AIR system. Developed together with Maxon from 2020 to 2022.

The frame kit includes: full carbon HL frame, headset, Maxon BikeDrive AIR drive unit, 250 Wh in-tube battery, HMI display, mode shifter, E13 crankset with 32T chainring (104 BCD 4-arm spider), UDH hanger and internal cable routing kit. Add suspension, wheels, drivetrain and cockpit to complete the build.

The AIR keeps the ride close to a pedal bike: an MTB-tuned assist at around 65 rpm cadence, near-zero drag when off, three ride modes, switched with a magnetic mode shifter and tuned in the Bluetooth app.
