Carbon Material Excellence
Our high-modulus carbon frames are hand-laid by craftspeople at vendor factories chosen for decades of experience building frames for major mountain bike brands. We do the final assembly, paint, and finishing in our Taichung workshop — the marriage of carbon parts with hardware and bearings, with each frame checked before it ships.
Titanium Material Excellence
Titanium is unmatched for ride quality, corrosion resistance, and longevity. Every Dirtlab Ti frame is built to outlast every bike you will ever own. We have standard sizes for every model from XS to XXL and also do full custom builds, for which you can use our custom frame generator to find the exact bike geometry and add-ons needed for your purpose.
Real Warranty
Every Dirtlab frame carries a proper warranty. When you buy your bike, you register it here online by using the form and uploading your proof of purchase. When there is a problem, you can create a warranty ticket, describe your issue and upload images, hit send, and within a few hours we will come back to you personally to see how we can help you get a replacement. We are prepared to stand behind them indefinitely.

Dirtlab frames are born from Dutch engineering and built in Taiwan. We work with carbon and titanium vendor factories within driving distance of our Taichung workshop — the same factories that build for major bike brands.
Proper Kinematics
Every Dirtlab full suspension platform is engineered from first principles. Anti-squat, anti-rise, progression, and many other variables are calculated and tuned for real trail conditions — not approximated from common industry assumptions, but from our own demands and what works under real riders on real trails.
