How It Works
Document the Damage
Take clear photos of the damage from multiple angles. Note how the crash happened and what impact forces were involved.
Contact Us
Email sales@bikelab-inc.com with your frame serial number, purchase proof, and damage photos. We will assess within 48 hours.
Receive Your Quote
If approved, you will receive a discounted replacement frame quote. The discount depends on the frame age and model availability.
Ship & Receive
Return the damaged frame (shipping at your cost). Once received and verified, we ship the replacement frame to you (DDP, free shipping).
Program Details

| Same Model | Same model if in production; upgrade to current equivalent if discontinued |

| Required Return | Damaged frame must be returned (prevents resale of compromised frames) |
What’s NOT Covered
- Frames purchased second-hand (original owner only)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect structural integrity
- Damage from misuse, modifications, or exceeding rider weight limit
- Frames not registered within 30 days of purchase
- Commercial use (rental fleet, demo bikes)
Note: Manufacturing defects are covered by our lifetime warranty at no cost. The crash replacement program is specifically for rider-caused damage (crashes, impacts, misuse). If you are unsure whether damage is a defect or crash damage, contact us and we will assess.
