Every rider is different. With 12 years of frame manufacturing for our own brands and others, we offer fully custom titanium frames built to your exact specifications. From geometry to cable routing to dropout standard — every detail is yours to decide.
How It Works

Consultation
We start with a one-on-one video call or email exchange. Tell us your riding style, body measurements, terrain, and what you want the bike to do. We discuss geometry, travel, standards, and material options.

Design & Geometry
Our engineers draft a geometry chart tailored to you. We review reach, stack, chainstay length, head angle, seat angle, and BB drop. You approve or we iterate until it is perfect.

Build & QC
Your frame is built in our Taichung facility. Every weld is inspected. Every dimension is verified against your spec. We send progress photos throughout the build.

Ship & Ride
DDP worldwide shipping included. Your frame arrives with a lifetime warranty, headset, and all hardware. Raw brushed titanium finish — no paint needed.

Lifetime Material
Titanium does not fatigue like aluminium or degrade like carbon. A custom Ti frame is a forever frame.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send my own geometry chart?
Absolutely. If you have a geometry you love from another bike, send it over and we will match or refine it for titanium tubing.
Do you build carbon custom frames?
Custom geometry is titanium only. Carbon frames use fixed moulds, so custom geometry is not feasible. However, we offer S-Volve sizing on our carbon platforms which covers a wide range of riders.
What is the warranty on a custom frame?
Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Same as all Dirtlab titanium frames.
Can I have a Pinion gearbox mount?
Yes. We build Pinion-ready titanium frames. The gearbox mount and BB area are engineered specifically for Pinion integration.
Can you build a custom e-bike frame?
Custom geometry e-bike frames are not currently available. Our Paratu e-bike platform uses carbon monocoque construction which requires fixed moulds. For e-bikes, see the Paratu CP and Paratu HL.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. All custom frames ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) worldwide. You pay the quoted price — no hidden duties or taxes on arrival.
What is the deposit and payment structure?
50% deposit at design approval, 50% balance before shipping. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits in Taichung, Taiwan are welcome by appointment. We also offer video calls throughout the build process.
What does the frame include?
Frame, headset, seatpost clamp, derailleur hanger, all pivot hardware (if full suspension), and DDP shipping worldwide.
Can I upgrade to a complete build?
Yes. We can spec and build a complete bike around your custom frame. Contact us for component options and pricing.

What you are actually buying
A custom Dirtlab frame is built around the same Concentric Pivot geometry as our stock Paratu CP and Iuhu CP — the same Zero-bob climbing, Groundtracing descending, DriveRelief under motor torque. Custom means your sizing, your colour, your travel-position preset, your drivetrain. Not a different bike.
