1. Where We Ship
Bikelab Inc. ships worldwide, direct to your door. No dealers, no middlemen. Every order ships from our facility in Taichung, Taiwan.
2. Shipping Cost
Free worldwide shipping on all frame kit orders (value over USD 600). Accessory-only orders under USD 600 may incur a shipping charge calculated at checkout.
All consumer orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning duties, taxes, import fees, and customs clearance are included in your price. You will not receive any surprise charges at delivery.
3. Dangerous Goods (eMTB / Battery Orders)
Orders containing lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods (DG) under IATA regulations and require special handling and documentation. Bikelab absorbs the DG surcharge — there is no additional cost to you. The DG handling fee is included in the product price.
4. Processing Time
- In-stock frame kits: Ships within 2–5 business days.
- Standard carbon frames: 4–8 weeks (manufacturing lead time).
- Custom titanium frames: 8–12 weeks from order confirmation.
- Wheel builds: 10–30 days depending on component availability.
We will confirm your exact lead time at the time of order. For custom or pre-order items, please email sales@bikelab-inc.com before placing your order to confirm specifications and timeline.
5. Delivery Estimates
- Air freight: 5–10 business days to most destinations.
- Sea freight: 4–6 weeks (available for bulk/wholesale orders only).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or force majeure events. Bikelab is not responsible for delays beyond our control once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within the expected processing window, email us at sales@bikelab-inc.com.
7. Packaging
All frames are packed in custom-fit protective packaging designed to withstand international freight. Each frame is inspected and photographed before shipping.
8. Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the damage — photograph the packaging and contents before discarding anything.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@bikelab-inc.com with photos and your order number.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Do not discard packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
9. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We cannot ship frames to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to size and carrier restrictions. A physical street address is required for all frame orders.
10. B2B / Dealer Orders
Dealer and wholesale orders may ship EXW (Ex Works) from our Taichung facility, where the dealer arranges and pays for freight, duties, and import clearance. DDP shipping is also available for B2B orders upon request. Contact sales@bikelab-inc.com for dealer terms.
