2.1 Website visitors

  • Name, email, shipping address, and payment information when you place an order.
  • Browser type, IP address, and pages visited via Shopify analytics.

2.2 Google OAuth and Gmail (internal use only)

Our internal business dashboard connects to Google Gmail accounts belonging to BIKELAB INC. staff via Google OAuth 2.0. This integration is used exclusively by authorised BIKELAB INC. employees. It accesses Gmail to read, send, and organise email on behalf of connected staff accounts. It stores email metadata in an encrypted internal database hosted on-premises in Taiwan. It does not share Gmail data with any third party and does not use Gmail data for advertising or AI model training. Access can be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To process and fulfil your order.
  • To communicate about your order, warranty, or support.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Shared only with shipping carriers (FedEx, DHL), payment processors (PayPal, bank wire), and legal authorities where required.

5. Data Retention

Order records retained 7 years. Email data deleted on request.

6. Your Rights
