What is the commission rate?
7-10% of frame sale (excluding shipping and duties), paid quarterly. Higher rates are negotiable for consistent volume partners.
How long is the cookie window?
45 days. A referred customer who makes a purchase within 45 days of first click earns you commission on that order.
How are payments made?
Bank transfer (EUR/USD/TWD) or PayPal, quarterly. Minimum payout threshold $200 USD — lower balances roll over to the next quarter.
Do you provide creative assets?
Yes — brand imagery, short-form video cuts, product photography, and spec sheets are available in the partner portal after approval.
Can I review a bike before recommending it?
For approved partners with significant audience, yes — we offer review bikes or extended test-ride programs. Contact us after approval.
How long does approval take?
2-4 business days typical. We review channel/shop relevance, audience size, and content quality before approval.
Are there restrictions on how I promote?
No spam, no trademark bidding on 'Dirtlab' or 'Bikelab' in paid search, no false product claims. Beyond that, you're free to write/film as you see fit.
Can I promote to multiple markets?
Yes — the program is global. Commission is paid on completed DDP-inclusive orders regardless of buyer country.
How do I apply?
Email sales@bikelab-inc.com with 'Affiliate Application' in the subject and a brief description of your channel/shop, audience size, and relevant content links.

Absolutely. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, blogs, newsletters, podcasts — any channel where your audience lives. We just ask that you follow our brand guidelines, which we'll share upon approval.
Do I need to be a customer to become an affiliate?
No, but it helps. Authentic recommendations convert better, and we prioritize applicants who know our products first-hand.
Can I combine affiliate and referral rewards?
The affiliate program and the customer referral bonus are separate programs. If you're an approved affiliate, commissions apply instead of the referral store credit.
What happens if a customer returns a product?
If a referred purchase is returned and refunded, the associated commission will be deducted from your next payout.
